SPS Member Profile

Southern born and raised, a lifelong love of drawing became a profession upon graduation from Kennesaw State University in 1980. Fast forward to 1990 when the artist encountered the medium of pastels and began creating color-filled landscapes and still lifes. A visual fascination with musicians and their instruments bloomed in '93 & her portraits created since then have provoked many smiles, initiated wonderful music-oriented conversations and garnered numerous awards.
